An overview of the binary system that is the specific compensation or structure that IAM Wordlwide company is using.
In a binary system, each distributor is allowed to recruit and sponsor two frontline distributors forming two separate legs or downlines. These two legs are referred to as "left leg" and the "right leg".
As new distributor join, they are placed in either left or right leg of the sponsor who recruited them or in the legs of distributors further down the organization. This process is often referred to as spillover or overflow. The idea is that the sponsor efforts benefit the overall organization by helping to build both legs.
The binary system typically places emphasis on building and balancing the two legs. The distributors commission or bonuses are often based on the sales volume generated by the weaker leg. This creates an incentive for distributors to focus on recruiting and supporting distributor s in the weaker leg to increase their overall sales volume and potential earning.
One of the advantages of a binary system is that it can promote teamwork and collaboration within the distributor's organization as distributors are encourage to support each other to build both legs. However, it can lead to some challenges, such as imbalances between the legs or excessive focus on one leg at the expense of the other.
